Terms of Service

Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Just-In-Time Garage Door LLC ("Just-In-Time", "we", "us"), 240 S Highland St, Mount Dora, FL 32757. By using www.justintimegaragedoor.com or by booking, scheduling or accepting our services, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are free and are based on what we can see and what you tell us. If we find additional problems once the work is under way, we will explain them and get your approval before doing any extra work. The price you approve is the price you pay. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise.
Scheduling and access
We confirm appointment times by call or text. Same-day and emergency service depend on technician availability. You agree to give our technician safe access to the garage, to keep people, pets and vehicles clear of the work area, and to tell us about anything unusual at the property. If you need to reschedule, let us know as early as you can.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is completed unless we have agreed to something else in writing. We accept cash, checks and major credit and debit cards. If an invoice is not paid when due, we may charge interest and recover reasonable collection costs to the extent Florida law allows, and warranty coverage is suspended until the invoice is paid.
Warranty
Our workmanship is covered by a one-year labor warranty from the date of service. Parts and doors carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we will help you with. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, vehicles, storms or other weather events, misuse, lack of maintenance, work done by anyone else, or normal wear on parts we did not replace. To make a warranty claim, call or text us and we will schedule a visit.
Safety
Garage door springs, cables and openers are under high tension and can cause serious injury. Information on our website, including blog articles and maintenance tips, is general guidance only and is not a substitute for professional service. Do not attempt spring, cable or track repairs yourself. We are not responsible for injuries or damage that result from do-it-yourself repairs or from ignoring safety instructions given by our technicians.
Limits on our liability
We carry general liability insurance and stand behind our work. To the fullest extent Florida law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to our services or website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses such as lost use of the garage or vehicles. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Photos of our work
We may photograph the work we do for our records and warranty purposes. We only use photos of your home in our marketing with your permission, and never with your name or address.
Calls, texts and email
By giving us your phone number or email address, or by texting us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text and email about your request and the work we do for you. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end texts at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Using our website
The content on this site, including text, photos, graphics and our logo, belongs to Just-In-Time Garage Door LLC or is used with permission, and may not be copied, scraped or republished without our written consent. You agree not to use the site to send spam, submit false requests, or interfere with its operation. The site is provided "as is"; we try to keep it accurate and available but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free.
Reviews and feedback
We welcome reviews on Google and elsewhere. If you post a public review or send us feedback, you give us permission to quote it, with your first name and last initial, in our marketing.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, please contact us first; most issues can be fixed with a phone call. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Lake County, Florida, and you agree to that venue.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date, and it applies to work booked after that date.
