Who we are

This policy is published by Just-In-Time Garage Door LLC ("Just-In-Time", "we", "us"), a family-owned garage door company at 240 S Highland St, Mount Dora, FL 32757. It explains what information we collect when you use www.justintimegaragedoor.com or contact us by phone, text or email, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you book service, request an estimate or use the Text Us form, we ask for:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The service address for the work
• What is going on with your door and when you need us

We also keep the normal records of any job we do for you: estimates, invoices, parts installed, warranty dates and the messages we exchange about the work.

Details saved in your own browser

To save you from retyping, our website keeps the details you enter in our forms (and the pages you have viewed on our site) in your own browser's local storage. That information stays on your device and is not sent to us until you submit a form. You can erase it at any time by choosing "Start fresh with new info" when the welcome-back box appears, or by clearing site data in your browser settings.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use a few measurement tools:

• Google Analytics and Google Ads, loaded through Google Tag Manager. These set cookies (such as _ga and _gcl_au) that help us understand how people find and use our site and whether our advertising leads to calls and bookings. Google's use of this data is described in the Google privacy and terms.
• Vercel Analytics, provided by our hosting company, which counts page views without using cookies.
• Server logs that record your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept for security and troubleshooting.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, schedule the appointment and do the work
• To confirm appointments, send updates about your job and follow up afterwards
• To honor warranties and keep the business records the law requires
• To understand how our website and advertising are performing and improve them
• To prevent fraud and protect our customers, technicians and business

Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number, or text us first, we may call or text you about your request, your appointment and the work we do for you. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not run automated marketing text campaigns and we never send texts to numbers that were not given to us by the customer.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Our technicians, who receive your name, address, phone number and job details so they can do the work
• Service providers that run parts of our business for us: Google (analytics and advertising measurement), Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Resend (delivery of form submissions to our inbox) and our invoicing and payment processors when you pay for a job
• Anyone we must share it with to comply with the law, a court order or a lawful request

Cookies and your choices

Our own website code does not set cookies; the cookies on this site come from the Google tags described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work. To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. To control the ads Google shows you, visit Google Ad Settings.

How long we keep information

We keep job and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you, honor your warranty and meet bookkeeping and tax requirements, then we delete them. Website inquiries that do not become jobs are kept so we can follow up, and are deleted whenever you ask.

Your rights

Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email just.in.timegaragedoorpro@gmail.com or call (352) 801-6590. We will verify that it is you and respond within 45 days. We may keep information we are legally required to keep, such as invoices, even after a deletion request.

Security

Our website is served over HTTPS, access to customer records is limited to the people who need it, and we use reputable providers to store and send information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable care.

Children

Our services and website are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our site links to Google Maps, Google reviews and other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. Your continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
